This intensely colored Petite Sirah has robust aromas of ripe black berries, baked plum, and fresh black cherry. Sturdy structure that is balanced with flavors of peppery spice, mocha and leather. Pairs wonderfully with beef stew or slow cooked prime rib.
Pairing Suggestions: Because of the tannin structure of this wine, it is a great choice to pair with a big, fat barbequed rib eye steak. It also goes great with beef stew, meatball sandwich and slow cooked prime rib or richly spiced dishes, such as chicken mole tacos or Indian masala.
