Bursting with fruit flavors of pear, guava, lemon-peel and apple blossom. Intensely fruit driven aromas give way to supple notes of meringue and citrus zest in the midpalate. Scottsdale Chardonnay finishes with textures of beeswax, wet flint rocks and a hint of salinity for a truly unique tasting experience.

Scottsdale fruit is hand harvested in early morning, with grapes going whole cluster to press. The subsequent juice is fermented cold in stainless steel tanks before transfer to stainless steel and neutral barrels with no secondary fermentation. The 2019 vintage started later than normal with a wet, cold late winter and spring, allowing grapes to mature gradually. Thanks to extended cool growing temps in early summer, Lodi saw the development of full flavors, fresh acidity and superb balance in the resulting wines.
