2019 Dry Rosé
Fresh Raspberry & Herb
Luminous pink in color, this succulent Dry Rosé offers up notes of fresh raspberry, red grapefruit, melon and rose petals. A fruity sensation caresses the palate with every bright sip. Generous nuances of apricot, herbs and celery round out the refreshing finish.
The 2019 vintage was characterized by a moderate winter, wet spring and cool summer. These growing conditions yielded later harvest dates with excellent quality. This Rosé is made by hand harvesting grapes and placing them whole cluster into the wine press. Pressed juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, then transferred to neutral oak barrels for a short period of light aging on lees, about 2 months, before being racked out for bottling. The 2019 Dry Rosé wine did not undergo any secondary fermentation and saw no new oak while in barrel.
