Winemaking Notes
Cooler temperatures and a wet spring allowed for more gradual fruit development, resulting in better acidity at harvest. Moderate temperatures during ripening, allowed the grapes to mature more slowly, yielding a wine with more depth, flavor concentration, and rich texture.
