The 2020 vintage was characterized by a dry winter and a warmer than average spring and summer. Growing conditions yielded earlier harvest dates with great quality. Albariño grapes were hand harvested in the early morning and cool grapes were pressed whole cluster to tank for cold settling. Juice was clean racked and fermented cold with select yeast strains. Wine was racked to a portion of stainless steel and carefully selected neutral oak barrels. Albariño aged, sur lie, for a short period before blending for an early bottling.
