The 2020 vintage can be characterized as having a dry winter, with a warmer than average spring and summer. Growing conditions yielded earlier harvest dates with good quality. Our Rosé is made by hand harvesting grapes and placing them whole cluster into press. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks, then transferred into neutral oak barrels for a short period of light lees aging (2 months) before being racked out for bottling. The wine did not undergo secondary fermentation and saw no new oak while in barrel.
