Returns & Cancellations

We are happy to replace or refund wine that is damaged or flawed, however, we otherwise cannot legally accept returns of alcoholic beverages. If you have received a damaged or flawed bottle, please contact info@harneylane.com so that we may assist you. During extreme hot or cold weather conditions, Harney Lane Winery may hold packages or recommend an alternate shipping option to ensure wine is not damaged. If you opt to ship during extreme weather conditions, Harney Lane Winery is not liable for damaged packages.

Non-wine merchandise returns can be made, with a receipt present or proof of purchase, for account credit or a full refund within 30 days, based on the condition of the item. Items in poor or used condition are not eligible for return. However, items that sustain damage outside of the buyer's control are eligible for exchange.

Cash refunds will not be provided on orders that were originally paid by credit card.
