Hors d’oeuvres

Fresh caprese bruschetta, flame-kissed prawns, and smoked brisket sliders.

Salad Course

Herbaceous baby arugula and red oak, stone fruit, watermelon radish, a warmed goat cheese disc rolled in fresh herbs, drizzled with a refreshing lemon olive oil vinaigrette.

Delicacy Course

Crisp salmon fritter, with herb butter sauce, topped with fresh corn relish and microgreens.

Fire-grilled new york roast, bathed in a primitivo demi-glaze, served on a bed of potato and summer squash gratin and finished with a roasted pepper coulis.
